As a self-employed Contractor you enter into a contract with Premier
Management Limited to supply your services. This contract is based on a daily rate for which you will receive income from Premier Management.
In addition to this Premier Management Limited has established a Trust for the benefit of Contractors – and as such you are included within the class of beneficiaries who may receive benefits from the fund.
The Trust is able to make discretionary awards in the form of interest-free or low-interest bearing loans to Contractors. These performance related incentives allow for the excellent rate of return on a contract – and are fully disclosed on the self-assessment returns.
The result is that the income you receive from Premier Management Limited and the loans received from the Trust total 90% of your contract! We then advise to keep 3% aside for your NI contributions and year-end Income Tax.
What About Year End And My Tax Forms?
We will supply an accountant who is able to complete your year-end self-assessment return and calculate your income tax liability.
